Much was made of the fact that certain international companies remained in South Africa during Apartheid. In doing so, it is alleged, they supported the Apartheids regime. There might be the slight chance that some people might have suffered loss or damage due to the involvement of these companies. If it be the case and if these people are allowed to pursue civil actions for loss or damages, the courts will have to decide.

A new scenario – equal in its injustice towards the citizens of
South Africa- has however developed which international companies and organizations like Fifa need to take note off. Companies again need to consider whether they are not supporting injustice and earning blood profits. They indeed need to consider what civil liability they accrue for supporting the SA government and for not speaking out against crime in South Africa.

Since 1994 more people has been murdered in this country than during the whole of the Apartheids era. In fact, more people were murdered in SA than in all the European countries put together for the same period. The government is doing nothing about it. In fact, through their negligence or intent weapons of police and/or army origin, is fed into the underworld. The capacity of the police and legal administration to act effectively against crime is seemingly intentionally deactivated in support organized crime.

Racism is institutionalized on a government level and prospering on a community level. The blatant torturing of innocent crime victims by organized, criminal gangs has developed in an atrocity equal to anything else the world has experienced up to now. All the requisites are present for a full scale genocide.

For this reason all those institutions and companies who support this government without taking at least a decisive moral stance against crime and racism, must know that the day of reckoning is approaching. You are going to help pay for the lives lost, citizens scared and women raped while you were looking the other way - to afraid of losing money. You are will be held co-responsible!

Time is up. We can take no more. Class actions that you could not even dream of, lay waiting for you. We want to see and hear you take a decisive stance against crime and racism against non-blacks.  Speak out or leave. It is a simple choice.
