I'm used to loosing arguments with my wife. That makes it easier for me to admit that were right. I now totally agree with you that the wording is totally insane. JCG. This act states that a person who commits an act of sexual violation with a child is, despite the consent of such a child to the commission of such an act, guilty of the offence of having committed an act of consensual sexual violation with a child. In the same act the term 'sexual violation' is defined amongst other things to be, direct or indirect contact between the mouth of one person and the mouth of another person.
